CONT

As part of its support to spacecraft projects and its industrial contractors, the laboratory activities included: - performance of a total offgassing test on Spacelab Engineering Model at ERNO-Bremen. Atmosphere samples were taken with a special console developed by ESA and analysed at ESTEC for carbon monoxide and organic contaminants. This was mainly a 'dress-rehearsal' for the measurements to be made on Flight Units.
